What's New about The 2010 ACURA TSX V-6? This front-wheel-drive sedan gains a 280-horsepower V-6 model to go along with the carried-over 200-horsepower four-cylinder TSX. The TSX V-6 borrows its 3.5-liter engine from the midsize Acura TL; it’s available only with a five-speed automatic transmission.
