July’s list of top incentives shows lots of changes, and we’ll likely see more to come as the 2010 model year whittles down and 2011models start filling dealers’ inventories. Kia is slapping hefty incentives on the outgoing version of the Optima, while Ford just got more generous with cash-back on its Ford Fusion and Mercury Milan Models (though the fuel-saving hybrid versions aren’t included). And say hello to the Toyota Camry, as the automaker tries to clear stock of 2010 models now that the 2011 Camry is on sale.
