New Car Deals for June 2012: Sporty Cars
There are few auto-related experiences as satisfying as tackling a twisty road on a warm summer’s day in a racy coupe. If it’s a convertible, so much the better. The best deals in the sporty car segment continue to be on domestic-brand models, notably the Ford Mustang, Chevy Corvette and Dodge Challenger. The Mustang just received a few improvements as an early model-year 2013 release, which triggers the $3,000 rebate on 2012 models. The Chevrolet Camaro continues to sell well and only features modest cash incentives for returning customers and those trading in competing models. The Mitsubishi Eclipse, lingering in its current generation for several years, is due to be discontinued at the end of the model year
